Senior - Vulnerability Management Analyst

As the Vulnerability Management Analyst, you will provide expertise and guidance to ensure the Vulnerability Analytics Service delivers consistently across regional areas. in addition, you will also develop and maintain infrastructure and continually improve and automate the service road map to increase value to the global service team and customers.

What will your day-to-day be like?

• Provide strategic recommendations to the Vulnerability Management team and Member Firms on vulnerability risk reduction by analyzing a data set of vulnerabilities on over 700,000 systems.
• Maintain vulnerability data integrity by evaluating data set for duplication, missing scan ranges, scan authentication failures, etc.
• Enhance the vulnerability data set through automation and scripting.
• Report on vulnerability patching progress.
• Respond to time-sensitive requests from IT and patching teams.
• Provide exposure reports for vulnerabilities, assets, and software.
• Act as a SME for Vulnerability posture and recommended next steps for remediation.

What do we expect from you?

• Required:
  • Minimum of 2 years of Vulnerability Management experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in Information Security.
  • Experience in scripting especially in Python, Bash and PowerShell or other languages.
  • Experience with Vulnerability scanning tools (such as Qualys, Nessus, Nexpose/Rapid7).
  • Mastery of English language skills (oral and written).

• Preferred:
  • Experience working with large data sets.
  • Experience automating processes and procedures.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS and GCP).
