Senior - Data Science Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled data engineer with knowledge and experience in programming and system admin to join our dynamic team.

The main responsibility of this role is the implementation and programming of systems that use AI models, as well as their training. It is essential to have solid experience in programming and data analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Data Collection, Processing and  Integration: Extract relevant data from various sources to ensure comprehensive coverage and Gather, assess, clean, transform, and structure raw data for optimal usability.
• Model Training Support and Data Quality Assurance: Contribute to the preparation and preprocessing of data for machine learning model training, ensuring high-quality input for model development and Implement and maintain data quality checks to identify and rectify inconsistencies or errors in the data.
• Data Analysis and Interpretation:  Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze large datasets and derive meaningful insights; Interpret data patterns and trends to inform decision-making processes.
• API Integration: Work closely with AI APIs, integrating them into the application layer to enable efficient communication and data exchange.
• Code Optimization: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Engineer or similar role.
• Proficiency in  Python 
• Strong understanding of data modeling, database design, and data warehousing concepts.
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts and techniques is a plus.
• Knowledge in cloud technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Effective communication skills to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

• Strong knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of implementation and maintenance of cloud-based solutions, ensuring optimal performance, security and reliability.
• knowledge of administration and maintenance of local infrastructure, solving problems and ensuring smooth operations.
