Senior - EMEA Global Phishing Drill Service Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Global phishing drill service team. The Deloitte Global Cybersecurity function is responsible for the firm’s overall objectives of enhancing data protection, standardizing and securing critical infrastructure and gaining cyber visibility through security operations centers. The Cybersecurity organization delivers a comprehensive set of cybersecurity services to Deloitte member firms through regional delivery hubs and a Global Fusion Center. The Senior Analyst reports to the Service Lead. The role focuses on phishing drill campaign execution and reporting initiatives, as well as providing support for training and awareness for Deloitte professionals who fail the simulations.


What will your day-to-day be like?

  • Create and configure phishing drills, messages, and landing pages, as well as awareness messages to be displayed following the drills.
  • Upload member firm information into the Cofense PhishMe platform.
  • Organize the scheduling of the various drills during multiple time zones.
  • Execute phishing drills on schedule for the Deloitte member firm network.
  • Monitor the campaign and raise risks and issues to Service Lead.
  • Provide phishing drill data and reports to the local points of contact.
  • Compile action plans for:
    • Repeat offenders
    • New hires
    • Abnormal risky behaviors
    • High risk member firms
  • Draft, review, and analyze the behaviors and patterns for the annual phishing global drill report.
  • Gather information from local points of contact or Deloitte Global on employee information (including email addresses) needed to execute phishing campaigns.
  • Share campaign results with local points of contact and relevant Deloitte Global stakeholders.
  • Analyze feedback from the member firms on employee reactions to the phishing drill campaigns and provide support to member firms as requested.


What do we expect from you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information security or systems, computer science, engineering, business administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of combined experience in information security /cybersecurity domain with a focus on technology adoption and/or social engineering.
  • Programming HTML and CSS base landing pages.
  • Programming with Python.
  • Designing social engineering campaigns.
  • Reporting and big data processing.
