Digital Transformation and Agile Delivery

We are looking for a Consultant or SR Consultant to act as Sr. Business Analyst with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience to join an international transformation project. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding complex business challenges, bringing structure to ambiguous situations, and working with business and technology teams to turn ideas into practical solutions. 

You may have developed your experience in business analysis, functional consulting, process improvement, digital transformation, project delivery, data analysis, or a related consulting role. What matters most is your ability to understand stakeholder needs, analyse how organisations work, and translate those insights into clear requirements and implementable improvements. 

What you will do

As a Sr. Business Analyst, you act as the connection between business stakeholders, users, Product Owners, technical teams, UX specialists, architects, and testers.

• Elicit, analyse, validate, structure, and prioritise business and functional requirements.
• Translate business objectives into clear delivery artefacts, including epics, user stories, business rules, acceptance criteria, and testable scenarios.
• Analyse current processes, systems, roles, information flows, pain points, and operational constraints.
• Define future-state processes and practical improvement opportunities aligned with business objectives.
• Facilitate interviews, workshops, and working sessions to clarify needs, challenge assumptions, resolve ambiguity, and build stakeholder alignment.
• Maintain traceability between business needs, requirements, user stories, solution designs, test cases, defects, and delivered functionality.
• Support Product Owners and delivery teams with backlog refinement, prioritisation, sprint planning, and requirement clarification.
• Collaborate with technical and UX teams to ensure that proposed solutions respond to both business and user needs.
• Coordinate or support User Acceptance Testing, including test-scenario definition, business validation, defect analysis, and follow-up.
• Prepare clear functional documentation, user guidance, training materials, decision papers, and management-ready presentations.
• Support solution adoption by gathering user feedback, facilitating knowledge transfer, and continuously improving requirements, processes, and documentation.
• Communicate effectively across business, technology, and governance stakeholders in an international and multicultural environment.

What we are looking for

• At least five years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Functional Analysis, process improvement, digital transformation, technology consulting, or a closely related role.
• Practical experience eliciting, analysing, documenting, validating, and prioritising requirements.
• Ability to translate complex stakeholder needs into clear, structured, and testable requirements.
• Experience analysing AS-IS processes and defining TO-BE processes, operating models, or improvement recommendations.
• Experience working with business and technical stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Understanding of Agile delivery practices and experience contributing to multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder interviews, workshops, requirement reviews, or validation sessions.
• Ability to synthesise complex information and produce clear, decision-ready documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English. Additional European languages are considered an advantage.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.

Experience that will help you succeed

You do not need to meet every point below. We are particularly interested in candidates who bring experience in some of these areas:

• Fluency in English language (B2 and above) that will be tested during the interview with the team.
• International, multi-country, public-sector, or complex organisational environments.
• Consulting or client-facing project delivery.
• Business process modelling using BPMN 2.0 or another recognised modelling approach.
• Digital transformation, process redesign, operating-model definition, or change initiatives.
• Collaboration with Product Owners or experience in product-oriented organisations.
• UAT planning, test-case definition, defect validation, or business acceptance activities.
• Data analysis, data-quality validation, KPI definition, or management reporting.
• Change management, end-user training, knowledge transfer, or adoption support.
• Regulated environments or projects requiring strong documentation, governance, and traceability.
• Relevant Business Analysis, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, process modelling, or project-management certifications.

Tools and technologies

Experience with every tool is not required. We value the ability to learn new platforms and use the appropriate tool for each business need.

• Requirements and Agile delivery: Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Process and business modelling: ARIS, Visio, Bizagi, Camunda, or similar.
• Documentation and collaboration: Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OpenText, or similar.
• Testing and traceability: Jira, TestMo, ServiceNow, or comparable testing and ticketing tools.
• Data and reporting: Power BI, Excel, SQL, or similar analytical tools.

What you will bring to the team

You are curious, structured, and comfortable working with complexity. You ask the right questions, listen carefully, and help stakeholders move from broad ideas to clear decisions. You can communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences, adapt to different project contexts, and maintain attention to detail without losing sight of the wider business objective.

You are not expected to arrive knowing every tool or domain. We are looking for someone with strong Business Analysis foundations, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to learn quickly and contribute effectively in an international delivery environment
