What is the challenge? 

 

  • Oversee the operations of regional Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), and act as a regional service escalation point ensuring efficient customer support for the delivery of  regional penetration testing services.
  • Identify training and development needs, lead quarterly talent evaluations to foster continuous skill improvement, review service delivery quality and career progression of team members.
  • Execute daily customer penetration testing request and oversee requests handled by other team members.
  • Continuously refine and enhance the approach for handling customer inquiries and requests related to penetration testing.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Penetration Testing Manager to support the development and maintenance of testing methodologies.
  • Escalate critical risks and issues to the appropriate Regional Penetration Testing Manager and Service Lead that require immediate attention.
  • Analyze and curate vulnerability data across various platforms/tools to support a comprehensive security testing perspective.
  • Partner with development and engineering teams to optimize service deployments and recommend actions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for member firms, addressing client inquiries regarding new penetration tests, remediation validations, and vulnerability report disclosures.
  • Work closely with the Penetration Testing Lead and Regional Penetration Testing Manager to support the delivery of technical working groups.

 

 

How do we Imagine you? 

 

  • Minimum of 4 years of combined experience in information security and risk management related fields.
  • Previous experience roles associated with service delivery, project management or customer account management with focus on penetration testing or vulnerability management tasks is highly desired.
  • Experience interacting, presenting, and working with management stakeholders, business management, and technical management teams.
  • Ability to effectively communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences to support the delivery of service.
  • Proven experience working with variety of cultures across the globe and have the patience, understanding and empathy to work collaboratively and effectively.
  • Ability to self-manage, prioritize a variety of tasks, excellent project management skills including stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
