The Deloitte Global Cybersecurity function is responsible for the firm’s overall objectives of enhancing data protection, standardizing and securing critical infrastructure and gaining cyber visibility through security operations centers. The Vendor Cybersecurity Risk Assessment service team is seeking a Service Manager that will assume responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the managed VCRA service, including operations/support leadership, escalation for any and all service issues, as well as providing input and oversight to end-to-end processes.

 

 

What is the challenge?

 

  • Provide service management and operational leadership, with a focus on vendor risk.
  • Provide operational & event status updates to leadership as well as establish operations and communications strategies and procedures.
  • Manage and oversee day-to-day activities of the regional VCRA support team, with a focus on quality assurance and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance and best practices of all ITSM processes across the VCRA service.
  • Conduct reporting and analysis on the data collected by the VCRA platform, recommending changes in processes and/or policies to optimize and improve the value of the VCRA program.
  • Collect requirements from member firms to determine and plan effective use of the VCRA service.
  • Help develop, maintain, and document workflow processes to ensure data & system controls are appropriate, meet internal baselines and optimize current processes to meet emerging risks.

 

 

How do we imagine you?

 

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma in a business or cyber security domain; or candidates with relevant work experience in an appropriate field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of Information technology service management experience is required
  • Experience working in a large, complex and global environment.
  • Experience working in Cyber Risk, Business Risk Management, Operational Risk, Internal Audit, and/or Controls or another security related function preferred.
  • Familiarity with Vendor Risk Assessments and production of Risk Analysis Reports.
  • Specific knowledge of and experience with applicable concepts and methodologies such as continuous service improvement or auditing experience.
  • Communication of technology issues to both technical and leadership personnel and negotiate to a mutually beneficial conclusion.
  • Interactions with vendors and/or other 3rd parties.

 

Preferred:

  • Professional IT, Risk Management and/or Service Management certification desired.
