National Office assignments provide valuable development opportunities for participating professional and are an important element of the overall Deloitte people experience.
Participants will:
- Gain hands-on System of Quality Management (SQM) experience working on process owners support.
- Put audit technical expertise into practice with a different point of view: internal perspective of the audit machinery.
- Build new skills & capabilities which can be leveraged in any system of quality management and in an internal control audit.
- Work with the professionals of the National Office professionals that are in charge of the different processes of the System of Quality Management (SQM), and also with Deloitte Global professionals.
- Collaborate with the SQM development and with the SQM monitoring function, under the spirit of continuous improvement, of the ISQM 1 in Deloitte, S.L The position is open in the National Office Team and it could be addressed to the Audit & Assurance professionals with a keen interest in working in the audit Firm SQM processes. This includes a deep understanding of the internal processes and controls that allows an audit member firm to succeed in the profession, keep a high quality in all audits, adapt to the changes and continue improving.
In addition, the function will require not only an understanding of the processes but also the planning, design, and support of self-assessments by the response and process owners. To assure that the internal processes and controls are designed, implemented, and operating efficiently to mitigate the risks identified to an acceptable level.
Profile:
- Be instrumental in the development & deployment of various aspects of the audit Firm SQM, including supporting the design and operating effectiveness of relevant controls, mitigation of potential deficiencies, and cooperation with the causal factor analysis and remediation plan, if needed.
- Collaborate with SQM Process and Response Owners, improving SQM efficiency, along with help determining the most appropriate and efficient design and operation.
- Be an innovative/creative thinker and have a proactive approach to enable successful definition of the SQM and self-assessment process.
- Gradually having direct access to a broad set of global audit and assurance quality professionals and exposure to audit leadership, audit quality leaders, process owners and others, providing a great opportunity to build networks.
- Develop skills and experiences aligned with the firm’s requirements and be able to demonstrate the impact they have on the future of System of Quality Management monitoring.
- Working as a member of a central team.
- User of IT solutions developed by Deloitte Global for the governance, risk and compliance function management.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
