- You will work cooperatively within integrated, cross-functional teams, composed of a young and diverse group of professionals of the firm, helping to drive our clients' most important corporate transformations
- You will be a key player to deliver value to our clients by understanding their challenges and positioning Monitor Deloitte as their strategic advisor and Deloitte as their M&A partner
- This is a client-facing role in a flexible environment, where you will have a high internal and external exposure with key industry leaders
You Have:
- Deep knowledge of the M&A lifecycle and industry with 7+ years of relevant consulting experience in pre and post deal projects, with proven ability to establish trusted relationships in complex environments.
- Hands-on experience working for corporates and financial sponsors in defining their M&A Strategy and corporate agenda, as well as, transactions readiness and execution, including cross border transactions
- Proven exposure to complex Due Diligence, separation and integration processes, leading strategy design towards execution, while managing different stakeholders at pre and post deal stages

- Proven record to drive proposals and commercial relationships with national or international clients
- Experience managing diverse teams and acting as a role model within project engagement teams
