What are we looking for?


To be considered for this role, there are certain qualifications you’ll have to have. And others that would be really, really nice.




  • Excellent analytical/ problem-solving ability, strong influence and negotiation skills, very strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent relationship management skills. Very detail oriented. Strong customer service skills and orientation.
  • Must be creative and independent thinker with the ability to translate technical requirements and challenges into results. Knowledge of configuration, policy, and event workflows and playbooks.
  • Cloud/Service based technology experience.
  • Motivated self-starter able to work independently without direct supervision.
  • Knowledge in: Json, Powershell, JavaScript, Python and Java
  • Familiarity with security architectures and a strong understanding of Active Directory, RBAC and least privilege.
  • Experience with security policy (e.g. CASB, DLP, firewall, IDS) design, implementation, review, and optimization.


Education and experience:


Bachelor’s Degree

4+ years’ experience in support and/or operations in the security field, including system management and administration.




CASB/content filtering/technical knowledge and business analysis advantageous but not essential.



Your daily tasks will include...


The Shared Security Service is part of the Global Security Strategy that will extend existing, internal security capabilities to Deloitte’s use of Data Protection.


The Quality and Assurance technician is responsible for providing consistent quality of production by developing and enforcing good practice and preventing mistakes or defects in manufactured products from going to market. We want to avoid problems when delivering solutions or services that will integrate with other core security platforms. There will be keen focus on validating processes, creating documentation for continuous testing to make sure security solutions meet certain standards of quality and day to day operational support of the platform, reviews products and services to make sure they meet certain standards of quality.


  • Monitoring product quality
  • Understand, contribute to and align activities with security policy optimization
  • Perform failure, routine analysis and check for regulatory compliance
  • Create and maintain knowledge documents and playbooks outlining testing procedures and workflows
  • Work closely with Team to enable their learning and understanding of support processes and procedures and to assist in information and knowledge transfer
  • Assist operational issue resolution, including working with other internal Deloitte technology teams and vendors
  • Assist with regular platform maintenance and upgrade testing
  • Assist the Architect with technical issues and testing
  • Lead investigation for root cause analysis and corrective action necessary to address
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned, including support ticket resolution and tracking.
  • Tests products for documents findings, dimensions and performance criteria, and for a variety of other qualities
