Work you'll do:

Looking for a regional analyst in SPAIN to join the Global Cyber Shared Security Services Strategy & Operations team. In this interesting and diverse role, the analyst will be providing front line support to our people and operations for our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure the org wide programs are successfully implemented in EMEA region . You will participate in setting up objectives and scope; develop work plans, coordinate activities between work streams and identify changes in scope.

 

Co-create and execute on strategy and objectives with the team and leaders. Develop and execute on-going improvements for processes related to the team (e.g. training and development, cross functional events, reporting, resources management)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and maintenance of strategies and operational disciplines with a focus on EMEA region, which establish linkage among planning elements such as vision, mission, goals, objectives, strategies, performance management initiatives and multi-year planning activities
  • Develop communications materials to support organization wide programs
  • Track and maintain the adherence of key activities in organization and send recurring follow up as needed without supervision.
  • Preparing and delivering presentations, key data, and timely analysis of recent events, business trends, and other relevant information that impact teams' priorities and operations to senior management, business unit leadership, and stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years relevant experience
  • Program and project management experience
  • Cyber certifications and trainings knowledge
  • Ability to work across organizational boundaries and levels
  • Experience coordinating and driving large events or committee meetings
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
  • PMP or similar certification

 

Other Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
  • Working knowledge of the complexities of a large global company and ability to operate within a matrix environment
  • Previous experience in Cyber is a plus
