Role Summary:
As a Business Analyst (BA), you will act as a key link between business stakeholders and technology teams within an international project environment. You will be responsible for analysing and documenting existing and future business processes, gathering and structuring business requirements, and supporting Agile delivery activities. The role also involves ensuring strong alignment across stakeholders, delivery teams, and implemented solutions. We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to collaborate effectively in a diverse, multicultural setting.
Role and Responsabilities:
- Convert business objectives into actionable requirements (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria) and maintain end-to-end traceability (e.g. Gherkin).
- Drive clarity on business needs by analysing processes (AS-IS) and defining future-state ways of working (TO-BE).
- Enable delivery teams through structured backlog management, workshops and stakeholder alignment.
- Support quality and adoption through UAT coordination, defect validation, and end-user documentation.
- Ensure effective communication and decision-making across business, IT and governance in a multicultural environment (English working language).
Must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong experience in business process analysis (AS-IS / TO-BE).
- Solid background in requirements elicitation, structuring, and prioritisation.
- Hands-on experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Proven ability to interact with diverse stakeholders across business and IT.
- Able to synthesise complex inputs into clear, decision-ready artefacts.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent level of English (spoken and written). Any other language is a plus.
Nice to have:
- Experience in international or multi-country projects.
- Previous experience in consulting environments.
- Relevant certifications from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) as ECBA (Entry Certificate in Business Analysis), CCBA (Certification of Capability in Business Analysis) or CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or similar certifications.
- Preferably certified experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks, including Scrum, SAFe, and other relevant Agile practices.
- Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 or other formal process modelling frameworks.
- Exposure to change management or business transformation initiatives.
- Experience working alongside Product Owners or in product-centric organisations.
- Exposure to UAT coordination and structured testing approaches.
- Experience working in regulated or complex organisational environments.
Tools:
Experience with common Business Analysis and collaboration tools, such as:
- Process modelling tools (e.g. Visio, ARIS, Bizagi, or similar).
- Agile and requirement management tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, GitHub or similar).
- Documentation and collaboration tools (Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, OpenText or similar).
- Testing and documentation tools supporting UAT and traceability (e.g. JIRA, TestMo or similar).
- Ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
- Ability to run basic SQL queries for data validation.
- Power BI (or similar Business intelligence tools)
