Our Corporate Finance team in Madrid, specializing in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) industries, is looking to reinforce their team with different roles of Analysts and Associates.
At Deloitte Corporate Finance, we advise national and international companies, founders, institutional and private investors, in a wide variety of M&A transactions (buy- or sell-side, mergers, capital increases, strategic alliances, etc.).
What will your role involve?
- Support the execution of M&A transactions across buy- and sell-side mandates, , mergers and strategic alliances within the TMT industries.
- Prepare financial and strategic analyses as well as financial models.
- Prepare key M&A materials (Information Memorandums, Teasers, etc.), as well as pitches for prospect clients.
- Coordinate and manage communications with clients, advisors, investors, and other stakeholders throughout the M&A process.
What are we looking for?
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Law and Business, , or similar.
- From 1 to 5 years of experience in financial advisory (M&A, Valuations, Due Diligence, etc.).
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written & spoken).
- Previous exposure to the TMT industries is a plus.
